Shipping and Handling Charge Policy
Our Current policy is NZ$20.00 per order standard across the country. (This excludes equipment and capital items, which are quoted upon request and vary in charge)

1. If you want to return a product for any reason, please email us your full name, address, phone number, email address, time to call, products purchased. We will get in touch with you advising further action. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and ship the goods back to us within 10 days of receiving the goods. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
2. Returned goods will be accepted for refund only if the products are absolutely unused, in their original packing in good condition, so that they can be re-sold.
3. There will be a re-stocking fee of 25% of the value of the products, and any Credit Card or any other charges incurred from the sale, will also be deducted, for all returns. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, shipping the goods back to us will be your responsibility and you will be responsible for the shipping charges. When shipping back to us we would advise using a carrier, where you can trace your shipment and the carrier can provide delivery confirmation. Include in the returned box original packing note (keep a copy), your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, time to call and return authorization number.
4. If you have received defective goods, you can return it to us for replacement of the same product. Please contact us before taking any further steps. When shipping back to us we would advise using a carrier, where you can track your shipment and the carrier can provide delivery confirmation. After we have received the goods, we will inspect it and either repair it or send you a new one, the discretion will be ours.
